Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Signetly, an electronic signature service operated by R & R Services and Company LLC ("we", "us"), Tampa, Florida, USA. By creating an account or using Signetly, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Signetly lets you upload, create, and import documents; place signature, initials, date, name, text, and checkbox fields; send documents to others for electronic signature; sign documents in person; and keep an audit trail and Certificate of Completion for each completed document. Features may vary by plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Electronic signatures and consent

Signetly is designed to support legally binding electronic signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). By sending a document through Signetly, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that your signers have consented to sign electronically. By signing a document through Signetly, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature for that document. Certain document types may be excluded from electronic signature by law in some jurisdictions; you are responsible for confirming that electronic signing is appropriate for your document.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents and data you upload or create in Signetly ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content to operate the service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use and send it.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Signetly for unlawful purposes, including fraud or forgery.
• Do not send documents to people who have not agreed to receive them, and do not impersonate anyone.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, or to access other users' data.
• Do not upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Connected services

If you connect third-party services such as Google Drive or Gmail, you authorize Signetly to access them as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

7. Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan. Prices and plan limits are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew as described at checkout until cancelled. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Fair use. Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to this fair use policy: up to 2,000 documents per month per workspace, with a maximum file size of 25 MB per document. Usage is intended for a single business's own documents. If your needs exceed these levels, contact us about an Enterprise plan; we may limit throughput or ask you to move to an Enterprise plan if usage materially exceeds the fair use levels.

8. Availability

We work to keep Signetly available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Signetly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Documents already signed remain valid according to their terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
